Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and promoting Synerviq's services to potential and existing customers. The role involves continuous client engagement, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the achievement of overall sales targets. The Sales Representative will also work closely with internal teams to stay updated on service offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in selling/promoting ERP solutions
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and close deals effectively
  • Account management and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
