ERP System Analyst - Netsuit

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

1. Responsible for providing technical expertise in the configuration, scripting, workflow development and integration of Oracle NetSuite ERP System.
2. Ensure the system meets evolving business needs through the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements while supporting day-to-day technical issues and continuous system optimization.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

1. Provide first-level technical support for NetSuite ERP, including system configuration, script debugging and issue resolution.
2. Manage and document system change requests, configurations and enhancements to ensure traceability and compliance.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions and deliver enhancements on time.
4. Configure, test and deploy NetSuite customizations including workflows, approval flows, roles, permissions, custom forms, saved searches and dashboards.
5. Review and validate NetSuite system upgrades, patches and new releases prior to deployment to ensure minimal disruption.
6. Support user training and onboarding by developing technical documentation, user guides and knowledge-sharing sessions.
7. Maintain system security by managing user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with internal controls and audit policies.
8. Support system data activities, including imports/exports, saved searches and bulk data management using SuiteScript or NetSuite tools.
9. Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to development, testing, deployment and procedure.
10. Provide technical support for ERP-related integration projects and data exchanges with third-party systems or applications.
11. Ensure all project and system documentation, SOPs and change logs are maintained and updated for compliance and audit readiness.
12. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to automate manual processes and enhance system usability.
13. Perform additional tasks and project-related assignments as required to support the ERP Support Team and business objectives.
14. Adhere to Deleum's Code of Business Conduct and ABMS (Anti-Bribery Management System) requirements.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

1. 35 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems in technical roles such as development, configuration or support.
2. Hands-on experience in NetSuite scripting (SuiteScript 1.0/2.x), workflow (SuiteFlow), and system customization is highly preferred.
3. Prior involvement in ERP implementation phases, including UAT support, go-live and post-implementation troubleshooting.
4. Experience in configuring and customizing both backend and frontend components of NetSuite ERP. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP customization frameworks is an added advantage.
5. Proficient in managing user roles, permissions, and access control in compliance with security and audit requirements.
6. Experience in data handling activities such as CSV imports, saved searches, reporting, and analytics dashboards.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and gather technical requirements from non-technical users.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in a structured and timely manner.
9. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
10. NetSuite Certification (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) is a plus but not mandatory.

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or any related field.
2. NetSuite Certification (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Candidate with Diploma but with proven related experience may be considered.
