Senior SEA Esports Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
SEA Mass & Community Esports Operations
- Lead the planning and overall coordination of mass tournaments, campus leagues, and community events across key SEA markets (e.g., Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, etc.).
- Work closely with Local Managers in various SEA countries to drive the smooth execution and landing of mass esports projects.
- Track, analyze, and review tournament metrics and operational feedback across markets to continuously optimize regional player experience.
Global & Tier-1 Tournament Support
- Serve as the core liaison between HQ and local teams during Global/Tier-1 Tournaments, mobilizing and aligning local managers across countries for support.
- Maintain transparent, real-time communication between HQ and local country teams to ensure seamless information flow and operational alignment.
Job Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in esports event planning or regional esports operations coordination, with deep insight into the SEA esports ecosystem and gaming culture (especially MY, ID, PH).
- Proven Track Record: Proven experience in independently leading regional mass tournaments and actively supporting major global events/leagues, with a strong end-to-end project mindset.
- Advanced Stakeholder Management: Exceptional cross-cultural communication and cross-functional alignment skills, capable of rallying diverse local teams and driving results in complex environments.
- Self-Drive & Problem-Solving: High degree of ownership and self-drive; able to navigate ambiguity, resolve bottlenecks quickly, and thrive under fast-paced pressures.
- Languages: Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English to communicate with different regional teams and stakeholders.
