Experienced professional with 3 to 8 years in ETL (SAS DI, IBM Datastage), database management, and scripting knowledge on Unix/Linux and Windows platform
To provide technical knowledge of Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) solutions for Credit Risk System and Basel project.
To have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to lead meetings with technical peers regarding the solution designs.
The ability to communicate with the Business Analysts, Data Modelers and Solution Architects when it comes to converting the ETL design into specific development activities
The ability to do ETL development and to supervise and guide ETL development activities of other developers.
To assist in the ongoing development of technical best practices for data movement, data quality, data cleansing and other ETL-related activities.
To understand and implements best practices, performance tuning and optimization for applications.
To assist in the debugging of application production issues and propose solutions.
To work closely with Project Manager to develop and update the task plan for ETL work and to keep the manager aware of any critical task issues and dependencies on other teams.
To assist the Bank in transferring knowledge, skill and expertise in administering and implementing the project.
