Job Description:

5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Informatica, Big Data, BI/Data Warehousing, SQL, ETL, and related tools, with added advantage in Ab Initio, UNIX, and API/web services.
Responsible for ETL processes, data mart development and enhancements, preparing design documentation, and collaborating across roles such as business analysts, developers, and testers.
Handle issue resolution, ensure SLA compliance, track and close incidents, support operational improvements, and maintain proper documentation and reporting while adhering to IT and SDLC standards.
