We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced End-User Computing (EUC) Engineer to do setup, configure, implement and manage Office & EUC solutions, including IT asset management, endpoint security, and office IT engineering tasks. The role also involves enhancing the digital workplace experience through the deployment of interactive whiteboards, TVs, and other collaboration tools, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

What you'll do:

  • Provide day to day end user technical support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, with primary support for iOS devices.
  • Administer identity and access management through Okta, including user provisioning, access requests, and Single Sign On troubleshooting.
  • Support and manage Mobile Device Management systems, including device enrollment, compliance monitoring, security policy enforcement, and remote device support.
  • Provide support for Google Workspace and other collaboration tools used within the organization.
  • Install, configure, and update meeting room technology and conferencing devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity and access issues related to networks, Virtual Private Networks, and printers.
  • Ensure information technology security compliance on end user devices, including patch management, antivirus protection, and access control.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, solutions, and information technology asset inventory.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or external vendors when required.

What we are looking for:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology support, desktop support, or end user computing environments.
  • Interest in or exposure to identity and access management platforms such as Okta.
  • Exposure to Mobile Device Management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems including Microsoft Windows and macOS, as well as endpoint security tools.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Okta or directory services such as Active Directory.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to support users in a professional and customer focused manner.
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new technologies, step outside of comfort zones, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • The role is based fully onsite, requiring your presence in the office.
