Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage project scope, schedules, cost, risks, and quality commitments.
  • Hardware and Software development for EV charging and energy storage/conversion NPI or custom solutions.
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal technical standards, document control processes, and data management systems.
  • Ensure all engineering outputs comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including providing inputs for System configuration and software architecture, Statements of Work (SoWs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
  • Work in partnership with the Regulatory team to ensure product compliance with safety and certification standards.
  • Participate in design reviews and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in EV charging and energy storage/conversion technologies.
  • Involve in the company at tradeshows, customer training sessions, and webinars.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Prior internship experience in manufacturing processes and test engineering is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the EV charging or power conversion knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of relevant industry standards (e.g. IEC 61851, ISO 15118) is a significant asset.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting presales technical activities and engaging with customers.
  • Proven ability to independently develop innovative engineering solutions.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
