Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry Level Event Management position, based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves assisting in approaching, outgoing, and build branding that align with client and company objectives. Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and providing support for marketing and promotional activities. Training will be provided to develop skills in event management and client relations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate and execute successful events Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Basic knowledge of Marketing strategies and the willingness to learn and adapt to the field Enthusiasm for professional development in the field and a proactive attitude Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and prior internship or volunteer experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
