Event Assistant - Design & Operation

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing event materials and logistics
• Support registration and attendee check-in during events
• Assist with simple design tasks (posters, social media visuals, certificates, signage)
• Edit and update existing designs using provided templates
• Support speakers, participants, and organizing team during events
• Help coordinate event flow and basic on-site logistics
• Assist in setting up and packing event materials
• Support post-event tasks such as attendance records and feedback collection

Requirements:

• Diploma in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Business, Marketing or equivalent
• Geologist graduates with creative skills are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Canva and any design application
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Preferable candidate from KL/Selangor area
• Immediate hiring for January 2026
