• Produce pre-opening deliverables (design review input, SOP creation for the whole venue management workstream, financial model, agreement templates, recruitment support)
• Escalate risks, delays, or budget variances to KPM leadership with clear recommendations
• Create event brief templates for sales team to map out clients events requirements.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns targeting event organisers, working with the sales/marketing team to help fill the events calendar
• Track and report bookings and revenue secured through the events calendar, with a portion of remuneration tied to measurable revenue generated
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years in hospitality, venue, or MICE operations in a hands-on, execution-focused capacity; experience supporting a pre-opening or venue launch is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to take direction from senior stakeholders and translate it into concrete, on-the-ground execution across construction, operations, and commercial workstreams
• Familiarity with ASEAN MICE Venue Standards (AMVS) or equivalent international venue certification frameworks
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with experience tracking budgets on projects of comparable scale
• Ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans, interior design drawings, M&E layouts, and venue fit-out specifications; able to identify operational, event-flow, accessibility, safety, and compliance implications.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies, omissions, and potential operational issues across drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules, tender documents, and AMVS submissions.
