Who are we

ROOTS Malaysia provides expertise in creative services & brand activation. We work very closely with our network partners in PR (ROOTS PR) and digital marketing (DEX) to drive the integrated  strategies that we develop for our clients.

We are looking for a talented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting marketing operations, activations, and event

What you'll do:

1. Support the line manager in day-to-day operations and project coordination
2. To assist and manage deliverables from time to time 
3. Conduct marketing research and gather insights when required
4. Support meeting recaps and documentation
5. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, planning, and team discussions
6. Assist with event setup, on-ground execution, and project deliverables
7. Provide regular project updates and progress tracking on a daily/weekly basis

What you have:

1. Experience in events, marketing, or activations
2. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; Mandarin/Chinese is preferred
3. Good working knowledge of Excel, Docs, and Slides
4. Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be an added advantage
5. Own transportation to support event setups and on-ground activations
