Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Event Marketing Intern to support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, roadshows, and retail activations. This role provides hands-on experience in event planning, marketing coordination, and on-site event execution.
You will work closely with the marketing team and external partners to ensure smooth event preparation and successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, product launches, roadshows, and retail campaigns.
- Support the preparation of event proposals, presentation decks, and planning documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth event preparation.
- Assist in managing event logistics such as venue setup, equipment arrangement, and marketing materials.
- Provide on-site support during events and ensure event operations run smoothly.
- Assist in compiling post-event reports, including event photos, feedback, and key outcomes.
- Support the team in exploring creative ideas to enhance event engagement and customer experience.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Strong interest in event marketing, brand activation, or marketing campaigns.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit to an internship period of at least 36 months.
