Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, and Sales teams to deliver compelling product storytelling and consistent messaging across all event touchpoints.
Manage end-to-end event execution, from concept development and planning to on-site operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Lead agency and vendor management, including briefing, coordination, and quality control to ensure high-standard and timely execution.
Oversee the production of all event-related materials, including event setup, visual merchandising, and digital content, to drive engagement and brand impact.
Ensure all events adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a premium, consistent, and immersive brand experience.
Track and manage event budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Measure event performance against defined objectives (e.g., attendance, engagement, conversion) and deliver post-event analysis with actionable insights.
Stay up to date with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to continuously elevate event effectiveness and audience engagement.
Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, event management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of event planning and execution, including both virtual and on-ground events.
Strong interest in IT products, consumer technology, or gadgets.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive and creative mindset.
Positive team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written); Mandarin is an added advantage.
