Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated event marketing plans, including product launches, roadshows, media gatherings, and experiential campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, and Sales teams to deliver compelling product storytelling and consistent messaging across all event touchpoints.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, from concept development and planning to on-site operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Lead agency and vendor management, including briefing, coordination, and quality control to ensure high-standard and timely execution.
  • Oversee the production of all event-related materials, including event setup, visual merchandising, and digital content, to drive engagement and brand impact.
  • Ensure all events adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a premium, consistent, and immersive brand experience.
  • Track and manage event budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Measure event performance against defined objectives (e.g., attendance, engagement, conversion) and deliver post-event analysis with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to continuously elevate event effectiveness and audience engagement.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event marketing, event management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of event planning and execution, including both virtual and on-ground events.
  • Strong interest in IT products, consumer technology, or gadgets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proactive and creative mindset.
  • Positive team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written); Mandarin is an added advantage.
