Dual Sales & Execution Focus: This dual hat position requires a strategic balance of business development and operational project management, encompassing both lead conversion and full event execution.
End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the complete event lifecycle, from assessing client objectives and preparing commercial proposals to managing on-site logistics and final delivery.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between corporate clients, external vendors, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
Operational Leadership: Lead on-site event operations independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities to resolve real-time challenges and ensure seamless execution.
Professional Experience: Possess 2-4 years of demonstrated success within the event management industry, with a focus on event sales, coordination, or corporate account management.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of pitching to corporate stakeholders and effectively negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.
Organization & Resilience: Highly organized and proactive, with the capability to manage multiple portfolios under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to flexible working schedules dictated by event timelines.
