Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Specialist role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events to ensure they align with the company's goals and objectives. Daily tasks include managing event budgets, coordinating with vendors, developing event marketing strategies, ensuring top-quality customer service during events, and collaborating with various teams to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Marketing
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Experience in Sales or a related field is preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with event management tools and marketing software is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
