Duties And Responsibilities

  • Core responsibility is to manage and plan all event & activation operations in the building.
  • Oversee digital signage and contents in the building for promotions and content shuffling.
  • Ensure effective coordination with management team and tenants to deliver best in house hospitality experience.
  • Maintains and adhere to building event calendar, ensures its data accuracy, and makes any necessary adjustments.
  • Works closely with the team and vendot to ensure the building activation event calendar is up to date.
  • Oversees planning and execution of Event Orders, including food and beverage arrangements and processing documentation as needed to ensure tenant needs are met.
  • Manages multiple events simultaneously making rapid adjustments as required to ensure event success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage communication consistently throughout the day to management related to daily event details.
  • Knowledgeable of all events going on throughout the venue at all times in order to efficiently represent the marketing and events department.
  • Actively participate and support the concierge team and event booking process during non-event days and peak business windows.
  • Proactively handle any arising issues, and troubleshoot any emerging problems during all events.
  • Handles any complaints, challenges or concerns immediately.
  • Function as the on-site contact to guests for all aspects of their events.
  • Responsible for all event participation and booking of slots for events
  • Conducts pre and post event evaluations every event daily and reports on outcomes to management.
  • Ensure all events are executed to the specifications and standards set forth by management, including but not limited to event space set up, food and beverage service, attractions, décor, etc.
  • Provide excellent guest service to all that enters the building at all times.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of event and marketing materials.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing & sales strategies, building SOP's and processes.
  • Digital Screen / Website / Portal Maintenance and implementation.
  • Guest services/concierge duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES COMPETENCIES

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Events/Hospitality or any equivalent
  • 2 - 3 years experience in the marketing, events and entertainment, food & beverage and / or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format.
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to achieve event succession
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
