Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Events & Sales Executive at Resorts World Awana, located in Genting Highlands. The Events and Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events hosted at our resort's outdoor venues. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a passion for event management. exceptional guest experiences.

The Executive will work closely with the Events and Sales team to ensure seamless operations.

• Sales and Marketing experience
• Logistics and Operations
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field (Passionate on event planning, management and no experience is required as training will be provided) or; Events sales relevant experience for at least 5 years and above.
