Job Title: EWF Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Developer to support the Enterprise Workflow (EWF) platform within a shared services environment. The role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining workflow and case management applications using BPM and FileNet technologies. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Java-based development and database systems, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain workflow and case management applications using BPM/Case Manager and FileNet
Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to implement system enhancements
Write, test, and debug code using Java, SQL, and JavaScript (Dojo)
Support integration between workflow systems and backend databases (Oracle)
Assist in troubleshooting application issues and provide timely fixes
Participate in system testing, deployment, and documentation activities
Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards
Support ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing applications
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in software development
Basic knowledge of BPM/Case Manager and FileNet (mandatory)
Proficiency in Java and SQL
Familiarity with JavaScript, particularly Dojo framework
Experience working with Oracle databases
Understanding of application development in open systems environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
