We are looking for telemarketing candidates:
Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and marketing campaigns.
- Identifying and qualifying potential property buyers and investors.
- Proactive schedule daily appointment for showhouse viewings and event invitations with qualified prospects.
- Engage customers in persuasive conversation, providing essential and accurate information about properties to facilitate appointment setting.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, follow-ups and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for calls made and appointments set, contributing directly to sales goals.
*Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent in any fields.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer service environment with a focus on outbound calls is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills with a professional telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in both English and Malay languages is a must.
