Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive to support the Group Risk Management and Sustainability function. This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring enterprise risks while driving sustainability initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Risk Management
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
- Identify, assess, and monitor key risks across business units
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and Board Committees
- Facilitate risk assessment workshops and follow up on mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Sustainability / ESG
- Support the development and execution of sustainability strategies and initiatives
- Coordinate ESG reporting in line with frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, or Bursa Malaysia requirements
- Monitor sustainability KPIs and track progress against targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG practices into operations
- Assist in sustainability disclosures, reports, and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, or sustainability/ESG
- Knowledge of ERM frameworks and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, TCFD)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
