Part of Conspec Builders (M) Sdn Bhd
Location: Pulau Tikus Plaza, Penang, Malaysia.
Working hours: Mon - Fri; 9am - 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administrative tasks.
- Maintain proper filing and records for company and project documents.
- Assist project teams with documentation, reports, and submissions.
- Coordinate documents between office, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in arranging meetings and preparing basic documentation.
- Manage office supplies and general office administration.
Required Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (construction industry experience preferred).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
- Strong Mandarin communication skills are required.
