Job Description

We're expanding our team!

20 year established company; brand-new office

Part of Conspec Builders (M) Sdn Bhd

Location: Pulau Tikus Plaza, Penang, Malaysia.

Working hours: Mon - Fri; 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain proper filing and records for company and project documents.
  • Assist project teams with documentation, reports, and submissions.
  • Coordinate documents between office, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in arranging meetings and preparing basic documentation.
  • Manage office supplies and general office administration.

Required Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience (construction industry experience preferred).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Strong Mandarin communication skills are required.
