Job Summary

The Administrative Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth business support functions. This role involves handling documentation, scheduling, communication, and providing administrative assistance to various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications professionally.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update company records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment scheduling, onboarding, and training coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, memos, and other administrative materials.
  • Assist management in creating and reviewing business reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
