Key Responsibilities- Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications professionally.
- Prepare, maintain, and update company records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and procurement of office supplies.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment scheduling, onboarding, and training coordination.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, memos, and other administrative materials.
- Assist management in creating and reviewing business reports and presentations.
Requirements- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
