Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Johor Bahru. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to executives and the team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, ensuring organized and efficient support for executives.
- Strong Clerical Skills with the ability to manage documentation, maintain records, and handle data entry accurately.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
