Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage planning, organizing and execution of agency events, agency contests and campaign.
  • Manage key events timelines, logistics and vendor communications.
  • Manage and coordinate product/gift sourcing for fulfillment projects.
  • Manage and monitor project budgets and reconcile expenses.
  • Analyze the projects feedback and work on internal process improvement.
  • Maintain organized records and project files.
  • To support in developing and implementing marking strategies for promotion of upcoming/post events and campaign (advertisement, recognition, e-booklet, certificate, video, poster, facebook, corporate website, other collaterals).
  • Assist any agency related ad hoc assignments.
  • Assist in general office administrative work.
  • Other duties as required by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • With 2-3 years of working experience in administrative portfolio or related field are an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate can be considered too.
  • Able to work independently, mature, analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Creative, passionate, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Additional knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud, especially in Design, Illustrator / Photoshop will be an added advantage.
