Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Executive Representation & Proxy: Act as the primary point of contact and representative for the management. You must be capable of attending meetings on behalf of the leader, capturing core intents, and making preliminary decisions or providing guidance to teams when authorized.
  • Strategic Calendar & Time Management: Manage a complex and dynamic calendar. Prioritize appointments based on business urgency and ensure the leader's time is focused on high-value strategic initiatives.
  • Crisis & Ad-hoc Problem Solving: Independently handle gray area tasks or sudden emergencies (e.g., operational bottlenecks, or urgent stakeholder requests) with minimal supervision.
  • Business Communication & Documentation: Prepare, review, and translate high-level business documents, presentations (PPT), and reports. Ensure all communications align with CHAGEE's brand standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external partners, government agencies, and vendors in Malaysia, navigating diverse cultural and professional environments effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an EA to C-suite executives or in a similar high-level project coordination role. Background in F&B, Retail, or fast-paced Multinational Corporations (MNCs) is highly preferred
  • Ownership & Initiative: A can-do attitude with the ability to take over tasks and see them through to a close
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Absolute integrity in handling sensitive corporate information
  • Adaptable to fast pace corporate culture
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and collaborative tools (e.g., Lark/Feishu, DingTalk)
