Job Description


Executive & Administrative Support

  • Document Preparation: Drafts high-level materials including reports, speeches, presentations, and executive correspondence.

  • Calendar & Travel: Manages the President's schedule, prioritizes tasks, and handles all travel arrangements and on-site support.

  • Meeting Management: Attends meetings alongside the President to record notes and ensure all action items are followed through.

  • Office Operations: Oversees all administrative matters within the President's Office to ensure smooth daily operations.

Strategic Project Management

  • End-to-End Oversight: Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects while maintaining alignment with budgets and timelines.

  • Performance Tracking: Develops project plans, monitors milestones, and maintains dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identifies potential obstacles and develops strategies to mitigate risks or escalate issues as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement & Research

  • Collaboration: Acts as a bridge between global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives.

  • Insights & Analysis: Conducts deep-dive research and analysis to provide the President with the necessary context for informed decision-making.

  • Reporting: Delivers regular executive summaries and updates on progress to maintain transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in executive support and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, high-level meetings, and executive materials.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate strategic initiatives across functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting speeches and presentations.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating professional executive materials.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs.
  • Flexibility to travel and provide on-site support during trips or events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
