Job Description

The Executive Assistant is to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), coordinate cross-departmental projects, and contribute to

business development initiatives and strategic planning across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support for C-Suite and Senior Management

  • Coordination and managing schedules of CDO.
  • Coordinating, managing and administrating travel itineraries and arrangements for Group directors, CDO.
  • Primary administrative liaison acting for CDO, and between the Group's board of directors and the Group's key senior management.
  • Prepare, manage and distribute agendas, record minutes for internal and external meetings on action items on behalf of CDO.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for CDO related matters, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely administrative support, including handling confidential and critical and discretional information for CDO.
  • Coordinate and execute event management as required by CDO.
  • Undertake projects and responsibilities to benefit the organization as directed by the CDO.

Inter-Department Project and Management Support

  • Collaborate closely with headquarters Communication team, providing project support on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Support business development efforts in line with organisational objectives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic business proposals and presentations.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting key metrics to CDO.
  • Actively engage in Corporate Social Responsibility, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration.
  • Experienced in supporting senior management and C-suites.
  • Calendar management and travel / meeting coordination over different time zones.
  • Able to work with colleagues of all levels simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge in Utility and C&I solar energy industry.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Project / event management skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
