The Executive Assistant is to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), coordinate cross-departmental projects, and contribute to
business development initiatives and strategic planning across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support for C-Suite and Senior Management
- Coordination and managing schedules of CDO.
- Coordinating, managing and administrating travel itineraries and arrangements for Group directors, CDO.
- Primary administrative liaison acting for CDO, and between the Group's board of directors and the Group's key senior management.
- Prepare, manage and distribute agendas, record minutes for internal and external meetings on action items on behalf of CDO.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for CDO related matters, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide timely administrative support, including handling confidential and critical and discretional information for CDO.
- Coordinate and execute event management as required by CDO.
- Undertake projects and responsibilities to benefit the organization as directed by the CDO.
Inter-Department Project and Management Support
- Collaborate closely with headquarters Communication team, providing project support on an ad-hoc basis.
- Support business development efforts in line with organisational objectives.
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic business proposals and presentations.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting key metrics to CDO.
- Actively engage in Corporate Social Responsibility, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration.
- Experienced in supporting senior management and C-suites.
- Calendar management and travel / meeting coordination over different time zones.
- Able to work with colleagues of all levels simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge in Utility and C&I solar energy industry.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Project / event management skills.
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
