Job Description

  • Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, format, and manage reports, presentations, correspondence, and internal documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for communication, managing incoming requests and prioritizing matters on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive business and HR-related information with discretion.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Admin, or similar support role.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mandarin is required.
