We are seeking a high-performing and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership through seamless coordination and insightful business support. The role blends administrative responsibilities with analytical contributions to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare briefing packs, meeting materials, and minutes; track action items to closure.
- Serve as liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Consolidate and analyze business performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Maintain dashboards, track key metrics, and highlight risks or variances.
- Support planning cycles, strategic projects, and ad-hoc initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or in Sales Operations.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Highly flexible, reliable, adaptable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Added advantages: Mandarin proficiency, numerical skills, business acumen, and AI literacy.
