Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Blossom Commerce is the fast-growing Malaysian pet-care company behind JJANGX3, a smart-premium cat care brand sold nationwide through TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and a distributor network across Malaysia. We've more than doubled in the past year and we're scaling hard — new channels, new markets, big plans.

You'll be the CEO's right hand — the person who turns decisions into done. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do: keep everything moving. You'll own follow-through across the company so the founder can focus on growth.

• Track key projects and KPIs across teams; chase, unblock and follow up until things are done
• Coordinate hiring and HR admin (job postings, interviews, onboarding, payroll support)
• Handle ecommerce pricing submissions and platform reporting
• Manage licenses, permits and government/agency submissions end-to-end
• Support the CEO on execution work: documents, scheduling, vendor follow-ups, special projects

• 2–5 years in an EA, operations, project coordinator or chief-of-staff-type role
• Relentlessly organised — you follow up without being reminded, and nothing slips
• Comfortable with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets
• Able to read and type Mandarin (a must) — plus working English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Thrives in a fast-paced SME — resourceful, discreet, and happy to roll up your sleeves
• Bonus: hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and keen to use them to work faster
