About The Role
We are seeking a high-potential Executive Assistant to the CFO who will function as a strategic right-hand to the CFO. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical foundations and career aspirations in finance, strategy, or leadership. Beyond executive support, the role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance, strategic initiatives, governance, and senior management decision-making, with the opportunity to progress into a broader management or finance leadership role.
What You Will Do
Executive & Strategic Support
- Act as the primary point of coordination for the CFO across internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the CFO's calendar, meetings, and priorities with sound judgment and discretion
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, board papers, and executive summaries
- Track follow-ups, action items, and deadlines from senior management meetings
Financial & Analytical Support
- Assist in financial analysis, business cases, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Support preparation of management reports, dashboards, and investor or board materials
- Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support strategic decisions
- Review contracts, proposals, and financial documents for key highlights and risks
Project & Management Trainee Exposure
- Support cross-functional strategic initiatives led by the CFO
- Drive ad-hoc projects related to corporate finance, operations, governance, or transformation
- Liaise with Finance, Legal, Operations, and external advisors on assigned initiatives
- Gain exposure to audit, compliance, funding, M&A, or special projects (where applicable)
Governance & Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive financial and corporate information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and audit readiness
- Support governance-related matters, including board and committee processes
What You Should Have
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics / Actuarial Science, Economics, Legal
- At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Prior exposure to finance, consulting, audit, corporate strategy, or management trainee program is an advantage
- Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
