Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for our Managing Director & departmental process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Perform meeting schedule arrangement for Managing Directors.
  2. Plan, communicate and execute travel booking for travelers while ensuring cost and time optimization.
  3. Perform filing and coordination of legal documents.
  4. Consolidate, ensure accuracy and timeliness of all presentation slides.
  5. Preparation of reports and data within the timeline.
  6. Preparation of meeting agendas and protocols.
  7. Planning coordinating and following up on projects.
  8. Cross departmental coordination and close cooperation with internal & external partners.
  9. Organizing and coordinating various events.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree in Business Admin or equivalent professional qualifications.
  2. Performance oriented, team player.
  3. Organized, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous and hands-on.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Power BI.
  6. Possess initiative and sense of urgency and positive mind-set.
