Who are we

Yinson GreenTech is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yinson Holdings Berhad, a public limited liability company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia, and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.

YGT is a green technologies solutions provider delivering clean, integrated and technology-enhanced ecosystems and services across the marine, mobility and infrastructure segments.

Key Responsibilities:


Manages the Green Tech divisions office administration matters, including but not limited to:

EA to the YGT Senior Management Team based in Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur (Managing Directors of chargEV and digitalEV, and CFO)
Coordination of projects by working closely with Business unit leaders in the project presentation decks and progress updates.
Systematic organization of document flows; custodian to all NDAs and ensure proper follow-up and progress on project leads.
Organizes business meetings, agenda, and presentation materials by working together with all key stakeholders (internal and external)
Coordinates the YGT Management teams travel schedules and staff welfare, including office renovations and seating arrangements for new team members
Secretariat to YGT Senior Management meetings, including the Green Tech Advisory Board meeting and assist relevant YGT team members in relation to investors relation and other relevant fund-raising activities
Any other ad hoc projects that require coordination within YGT and with wider Yinson Group
Work closely with YGTs Senior Management and within Yinson Group in enforcing the Limits of Authority and compliance to Yinson Groups policies.
Participate and coordinate workstreams involving reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including Group Finance, Company Secretary and Group Strategy teams, including Corporate Communications, Sustainability, Risk Management, Compliance and Risk management.
To execute any other duties as and when required by immediate superior or management.

Qualifications:


At least 7 years of work experience in a similar administrative capacity
Energetic team player with ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Strong ability to work laterally across different business units and vertically across all staff levels
Keen interest in innovating and seeking new ways of doing things
