Overview:
The Executive is responsible for assisting the Team Lead in supervising the daily operations of the Regional Support Unit (RSU). The primary purpose of the position is to ensure that all Customer Information File (CIF) and account maintenance for Singapore operations are completed within acceptable service levels. The role requires maintaining strict adherence to compliance, internal controls, and risk measures.
The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Business IT Support.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Functional
Assist the Team Leader with the daily supervision of RSU operations to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor and ensure that all Singapore-based CIF and account maintenance tasks are completed within agreed-upon service levels.
Verify and document all data inputs to ensure accuracy and maintain the integrity of bank records.
Provide first-level support and resolve queries related to CIF and account maintenance within defined timelines.
Liaise and follow up with Branches, Business Centers, and various departments in the Singapore Head Office for clarification on maintenance requests.
Coordinate with users to ensure required data is submitted on time, allowing maintenance to be completed according to the schedule.
Ensure all compliance protocols, internal controls, and risk mitigation measures are strictly implemented.
Jobholder Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Education/Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Banking, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience/Requirements
Previous work experience in a financial institution, specifically within credit or branch operations.
Experience or involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the AS400 Query utility.
