This position is to manage and support the department's workload across advertising, digital, events, CSR and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing agreed communication plan and content outreach, including newsletter, intranet, and online platforms (such as websites and social media platforms).
- Develop and review print materials, including brochures, letters, forms, templates, annual reports and other corporate material, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Coordinate and support corporate events, such as product or service launches, business unit functions and any other major corporate activities.
- Support the corporate communications team in Business Continuity & Crisis Communications.
- Assist in Company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability Programmes.
- Manage procurement activities for corporate gifts, stock control and monitor related expense.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Communications / Media Relations / Advertising or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in communication / insurance industry.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skills in working with all levels of staff, suppliers and business partners during events.
- Good planning & organizational skills.
