Job description:
Job Summary
- Responsible for the complex's M&E installation which includes repairs, preventive, maintenance, troubleshooting and submission of relevant reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedule for all M&E installation.
- Maintain proper records of all complaints & defects received and ensure timelyattention and resolving all issues.
- To supervise and monitor the M&E works undertake by the contractors engaged in the routine maintenance works (e.g. landscaping, sweeper, cleaner etc).
- Continuous optimization of energy consumption in the complex.
- Liaise with TNB/ST on matters pertaining to M&E installation in the complex.
- Undertake other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Professional Certificate, Diploma /Advance/Higher/Graduate DiplomaIn Electrical Engineering
Skills & Abilities
- Familiar with Electricity Supply Act and ElectricityRegulation
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Civil andBuilding works
