Program Overview
The 12-month Personal Banker Associate Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to gain invaluable insights into the world of Business Channels.


Through this program in branches, you will develop a holistic understanding of our operations, products and services, preparing you for a successful career development from being a Personal Banker and advance towards being Priority Banking Relationship Managers in the future managing high-net-worth and affluent clients.

Program Structure:

  • Structured 12-month program with comprehensive training on both investment and insurance
  • Mentoring and guidance from industry experts, nurturing your professional growth
  • Providing the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in being a Personal Banker and progressing in your career thereafter towards being a future Priority Banking Relationship Manager
  • At the end of the program, you will be deployed as a Personal Banker (covering mass market clients)


We are looking for someone with

  • Degree in any related field with a min CGPA of 3.2 and above, or Diploma holders with less than 2 years with relevant working experience
  • Passion to succeed in a Wealth Advisory and Client Relationship Management career
  • Strong relationship management skills and problem-solving abilities
