Executive, Business Development and Sales

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bayan Lepas for the position of Executive in Business Development and Sales. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Additionally, the Executive is expected to create and implement sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and cultivate strong client pipelines
• Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Strong Business and Communication skills to negotiate contracts, create proposals, and collaborate with team members
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in business development or sales roles is preferred
