Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Employees Provident Fund is seeking qualified, motivated, and dynamic candidates for the Executive – Processing role within the Transaction Management Department at Menara KWSP. This position is responsible for overseeing processing operations related to withdrawal schemes while applying continuous process improvement initiatives to optimise operations, enhance service quality, ensure compliance, and improve customer experience. The role requires a proactive individual who is always ready to contribute ideas for enhancement and drive operational excellence through effective change management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Approval & Compliance Management

  • Ensure withdrawal applications are accurately processed, verified, and approved in compliance with policies, regulations, and within KPI timelines.

2. Verification & Risk Control

  • Validate completeness of documents, accuracy of system records (BDS), and payment details, while detecting potential fraud or suspicious amendments and ensuring necessary third-party verification.

3. Case Monitoring & Follow-up

  • Oversee application progress, manage incomplete cases, coordinate investigation or site visits where required, and ensure timely resolution within SLA.

4. Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Respond to enquiries and complaints from branches, digital channels, beneficiaries, and third parties, providing clear and timely resolution for delayed or complex cases.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancement and drive operational excellence through effective change management

5. Team Supervision & Operational Control

  • Monitor and supervise staff performance, processing activities, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations and service delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or an equivalent field recognized by the Government, from an accredited higher learning institution.
  • Possess 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in operations, transaction processing, or compliance management.
  • Experience in the social security/ protection organization/ institution is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

JOB STATUS
