Support and execute all aspects of penetrating, developing and strengthening market(s) in meeting MHTC's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing initiatives, contributing to execution from planning to completion.
- Support the planning and management of all marketing, advertising and promotional activities including exhibitions, roadshows, promotional programmes, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the market.
- Support the development and growth of the market database for remarketing purposes.
- Support collaborations with Digital Marketing in developing and executing effective digital strategies relevant to market, including localisation and coordination of Chinese-language content and social media assets.
- Support collaborations with Research/Data o gather basic market intelligence and insights to support go-to-market planning.
- Support both big-picture deliverables as well as micro-level details in meeting overall targets
- Assist in ensuring budget utilisation is optimised.
- Contribute positively to team collaboration and continuous learning within the department.
- Support in managing Malaysia Healthcare Representative office/agents wherever applicable.
- Support coordination with Malaysia Healthcare Representative offices/agents where applicable.
- To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
- Exposure to healthcare or science disciplines is an advantage for market research and analysis
- Minimum 3 years related working experience in related field.
- Strong command of English and Malay. Mandarin proficiency is required (written & spoken)
- Third language is an advantage (Cantonese, Hokkien etc)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiar with Ms Office particularly in Excel and Power Point.
