Job Summary:

  • A proactive and customer-focused Executive to join our Client Relationship & Communication team. The role involves managing client interactions, ensuring timely communication, assisting in addressing client requirements, and supporting internal coordination to deliver superior service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues, implement requests, and deliver response within agreed timelines.
  • Draft and review client communications and service updates.
  • Maintain and update client queries, status trackers.
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, or review sessions and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Track client feedback and service satisfaction escalate issues when needed.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be able to work in KL.
