Job Description

Role Purpose

Facilitate the business development strategy within the boundaries of the existing operation to sustain and enhance the value of the Groups overall business performance

Main Accountabilities

1) Strategic Planning & Alignment

  • Identify and develop new potential business opportunities in supporting business planning functions for existing and new potential strategies partnerships and alliances of existing operation i.e., managed services (facilities management, parking operation management and project management services) to ensure the highest probability of success rate
  • Evaluate and analyze proposals by external parties on proposed collaboration / new business opportunities for providing necessary recommendations to the Management strategic business decision

2) Feasibility Study

  • Facilitate and assist the preparation of feasibility studies in determining the viability of the business for making recommendations to the Management for strategic business decision
  • Provide support in analyzing the existing operation for benchmarking and projection for future expansion

3) Contracts , Administration & Negotiation

  • Assisting in preparing Board of Director's (BOD) paper, business proposal, special task, study or presentation, particularly on the current/existing operation on business operation and developments including other related assignments required in supporting business planning functions
  • Facilitate in coordinating, upkeeping and updating the contracts/agreements

4) Key Stakeholders Management

  • Support by gathering the information through business relationships/networks with strategic potential or existing partners, relevant business communities, business operators, and industry players


5) Others

  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by Company to support and contribute to the Company's highest achievement

Requirements

  1. Educational Qualification Degree: Bachelor's Degree
  2. Educational Qualification Field/Branch/Stream: Business Administration/ Economics, Accounting/ Finance, Engineering or any other related discipline from a recognized University
  3. Years of Experience (Overall)
    At least 4 years in business development /property & construction industry. Candidate who possesses Commercial and Business Acumen will be an advantage
