Responsibilities

Job Overview

This position is responsible for the daily handling activities (Both Inbound & Outbound) related

to the warehouse, overseeing the end-to-end operations with close collaboration with both

Internal & External parties.

Job Responsibilities (duties / Task)

2.1 To manage day-to-day activities of account(s) being handled and monitor performance

in conformance with company policies and procedures.

2.2 To monitor and optimize resources within the warehouse, including customer service,

operations team, agency staff and equipment based on the projected daily volumes. 2.3

To coach, guide and monitor all the staff within the warehouse to ensure highest level

of performance and to recommend corrective measures where necessary.

2.4 Track product movement and ensure that products are rotated and stored in

compliance with safety and quality standards.

2.5 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding inventory

management, including proper storage and handling of products.

2.6 To support to Operations Manager in implementation of initiatives to meet the site's

goals.

2.7 To investigate, recommend solutions and provide written reports for any issues arises

from the warehouse operations, such as customer complaint, stock discrepancies,

safety / security issues, and legal compliance.

2.8 To prepare and submit accurate operational reports requested by Applied and

internal management in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Job Specification (qualification, experience, skills, attributes)

3.1 Degree holder of any field (preferably if related to logistics, or transportation).

3.2 Minimum 3 years working experience in supply chain with warehouse management

3.3 Good understanding of ISO9001 requirements and other Quality requirements

3.4 Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.

3.5 Results oriented self-starter, analytical and innovative.

3.6 Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.

3.7 Able to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines

3.8 Able to work independently and perform with minimal supervision

3.9 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, WMS and SAP
