Job Description:- Responsible for all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.- Preparation of costing, BQ & quantity taking off and variation order cost.
To ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate.
- Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule: - Day shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
* Precast Concreate: 1 year (Preferred)
