Job Objective:
This role will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers at the branch, responsible for providing quality service by resolving enquiries, queries and complaints related to policy and claims. Deliver on counter sales targets and promote cross sell for the counter.

Individual Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales
- Managing direct walk-in customers, providing information about insurance products and services
- Handling enquiries including NCD, MMIP, complaints and claims from customers
- Manage issuance and reporting for MyEG transactions, including processing of road tax renewals (if applicable)
- Responsible to manage and meet the counter's sales target
- Boost up sales of personal line product in achieving the set target
- Responsible in monitoring counter's customers retention
Operational support
- Handling business transactions, collection of premium payments, and issuance of receipts at branch level
- Process cancellations, endorsements, refunds, and non-motor policy e-cover notes
- Prepare daily sales report, ensuring end-of-day balancing of and banking in money in accordance with company procedures
- Conduct daily recording of cash, cheques and receipts
- Ensure smooth operations of QMS Machine and generate service level reports (if applicable)
- Handling the allocation, return of expired books, and safekeeping of non-motor manual cover notes
- Liaise with bank on matters related to EDC machine
- Documentation including request facilities, printing of renewal notice, reports & policies, mailing, courier, cheques facilitation, filing and storage handling
- Handling claims documentation including request slip, reporting, notification, and managing claims drop box.
- Coordinate inspection for windscreen, Kurnia Express claims, lapsed renewal, and post-repair survey
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor in any related field.
- Have Operations and Administrative Duties.
- Have insurance knowledge.
