Job Description

Job Title: Executive, Creator Partnerships

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Hybrid)

Report To: Associate Director, Creator Partership (Malaysia)

We're looking for an Executive,Creator Partnerships who is passionate about helping our network of digital content creators to grow.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Creator Acquisition & Engagement Support

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to emerging, culturally relevant creators in Malaysia
  • Support the process of matching creators with campaigns and brands that align with their content and audience.
  • Support in Creator engagement projects such as anniversary gifting, creator community events, creator workshops etc.

Campaign & Execution Assistance

  • Coordinate negotiations, rate discussions, and contract finalization to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Provide support in short listing creators, creator concept review and content vetting (e.g., videos and social media posts) before campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless execution of creator-related projects.

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics (engagement, reach, performance) to evaluate campaign success.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve creator partnerships and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support reporting needs by preparing insights and analysis for monthly business reports.
  • Support in upkeep of Creator management data.

Requirements:

  • Has 1 - 2 years of multi-channel network (MCN)/project management, accounts servicing, or influencer marketing, social media marketing from an advertising agency or related field.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
  • Keen understanding of the digital media landscape and creator economy
  • Strong understanding of TikTok/IG and other social media platforms such as Youtube, Xiao Hong Shu, lemon8, etc
  • Experience in digital analytics, comfortable with delving into data to find insights to present to internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently with cross-functional teams.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong appetite for change and growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal & communication skills, comfortable with talking to international stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite tools and Keynote
