What You'll Do
- Plan & Execute Events / Programmes: Support internal events (townhalls, festive celebrations, CSR, wellness, and annual dinners) — from pre-event planning, vendor coordination, and logistics, through to on-site execution.
- Create Content: Produce short videos, photos, visuals, newsletters, and social-style posts for internal channels (screens, chat groups, intranet, email).
- Work Smart with AI: Actively use AI tools to produce content at scale.
- CSR & Engagement Support: Assist with volunteer drives, donation campaigns, partnerships, and impact storytelling.
- Recognition & Rituals: Keep employee touchpoints fresh, fun, and consistent — including shout-outs, highlights, and mini-features.
- Measure & Improve: Run pulse surveys, track attendance, and prepare post-event reports with clear takeaways.
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years experience in content, events, or communications (internships count).
- Confident in writing and basic design or video editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe), and quick with a camera or phone.
- Organised, hands-on, and people-oriented — comfortable juggling timelines and stakeholders.
- Portfolio (links or PDF) showing your content work — required. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
Nice to Have
- Experience with internal comms, employee engagement, or CSR projects.
- Basic photography or video know-how (framing, sound, lighting).
- Comfortable hosting booth activities, vox pops, and quick staff interviews.
