Job Description

About the Role

At EcoWorld, our people are our greatest strength. In this role, you'll bring that to life — creating content, running programmes, and delivering events that matter. From festive celebrations and CSR activations to wellness campaigns, townhalls, and recognition moments, you'll help build pride, unity, and a genuine sense of belonging across Team EcoWorld.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a leading public listed property developer with a strong operational track record and long-term stability.
  • Contribute to work that has real, on-the-ground impact across the business.
  • Work in a structured environment where cross-functional collaboration is part of how things get done.
  • A forward-looking culture that embraces technology and innovation.
  • Clear pathways for growth, for people who are ready to take on more.

Key perks/ Benefits

  • Compensation that's competitive and fairly benchmarked.
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to results.
  • Medical and insurance coverage.
  • Learning and development opportunities for those who want to keep growing.
  • Team events and activities that give you room to connect outside of work.

What You'll Do

  • Plan & Execute Events / Programmes: Support internal events (townhalls, festive celebrations, CSR, wellness, and annual dinners) — from pre-event planning, vendor coordination, and logistics, through to on-site execution.
  • Create Content: Produce short videos, photos, visuals, newsletters, and social-style posts for internal channels (screens, chat groups, intranet, email).
  • Work Smart with AI: Actively use AI tools to produce content at scale.
  • CSR & Engagement Support: Assist with volunteer drives, donation campaigns, partnerships, and impact storytelling.
  • Recognition & Rituals: Keep employee touchpoints fresh, fun, and consistent — including shout-outs, highlights, and mini-features.
  • Measure & Improve: Run pulse surveys, track attendance, and prepare post-event reports with clear takeaways.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in content, events, or communications (internships count).
  • Confident in writing and basic design or video editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe), and quick with a camera or phone.
  • Organised, hands-on, and people-oriented — comfortable juggling timelines and stakeholders.
  • Portfolio (links or PDF) showing your content work — required. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with internal comms, employee engagement, or CSR projects.
  • Basic photography or video know-how (framing, sound, lighting).
  • Comfortable hosting booth activities, vox pops, and quick staff interviews.

Join us and be part of a team that is committed to delivering quality environments and operational excellence!
