Executive, Customer Service
Contract role
Location: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
1. Supporting SG customers
2. Primarily handling the travel insurance and medical business
3. Working hours:-
Mon Fri:
i) 9am 6pm
ii) 10am 7pm
Sat: 9am 1pm (alternate Sat)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Added advantage with BCP, PGI certifications. If not certified, will be required to complete certifications during the employment
