Job Description

Executive, Customer Service

Contract role

Location: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

1. Supporting SG customers

2. Primarily handling the travel insurance and medical business

3. Working hours:-

Mon – Fri:

i) 9am – 6pm

ii) 10am – 7pm

Sat: 9am – 1pm (alternate Sat)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Added advantage with BCP, PGI certifications. If not certified, will be required to complete certifications during the employment
