Job Description:
- Play a key role in the transformation from traditional campaign management into always-on, event-triggered customer journeys, hyper personalization and advanced analytics-led decisioning.
- Responsible for the design, optimization, and performance management of data-driven customer engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle. This role serves as the bridge between Business, Analytics, Data Science and Technology teams to ensure customer journeys are highly personalized, predictive, and outcome-focused.
- Lead end-to-end customer journey and campaign management, from opportunity identification and stakeholder engagement through execution, tracking, fulfillment, and post-campaign analysis
- Advise business stakeholders on target audience selection, contact strategies, personalization opportunities, and campaign optimization approaches.
- Develop performance reporting and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- 3-6 years of experience in campaign analytics, CRM, customer engagement, decision management, marketing analytics, customer lifecycle management, or related fields.
- Advanced SQL, Python, R, SAS capabilities.
- Experience with campaign management, CRM, and journey orchestration platforms.
- Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and decisioning frameworks.
