CFA Society Singapore is a non-profit professional society of CFA Institute that serves CFA charterholders, CFA Program candidates, and practitioners in the investment industry locally.

Founded in 1987 (formerly known as the Singapore Society of Financial Analysts), CFA Society Singapore is the first CFA Society established outside North America and a founding member of the Investment Management Association of Singapore (IMAS). Today, it is the 7th largest CFA Society globally, with over 4,000 members.

The Society is dedicated to promoting and upholding the highest standards of professional excellence, ethical practice, and integrity in financial analysis and investment management. It provides a wide range of programmes and initiatives for members and the wider investment community, including professional development events, networking opportunities, CFA exam preparation courses, career development programmes, and university outreach activities.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for an Executive, Digital Marketing & Communications located in Singapore. The Executive will support the execution of digital marketing and communications initiatives to promote the Society's programmes, events, and membership engagement. This is a hands-on role suited for a junior marketing professional with strong content creation, communication, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content calendars and timelines

• Coordinate with internal teams, partners and vendors

• Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports

• Design basic marketing materials for campaigns and events

• Maintain website updates, event pages and marketing assets

• Create and manage content (EDMs, social media, website and newsletters)

• Support event marketing, including promotions and attendee communications

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across events, programmes and membership initiatives

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented and team player

• Good organisational and multitasking ability

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Preferred Skills

• Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe)

• Social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram)

• EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and CMS (e.g. WordPress)

• Exposure to analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

Ideal Candidate

A junior marketer who is hands-on, eager to learn and enjoys creating content while supporting campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment.
